One of the most time consuming aspects of teaching after, planning your lesson, is marking and providing feedback. As teachers we are aware of how important good feedback can be in helping the learners to reach their true potential. However if you typing is like mine, using one finger at a time this can be a very time consuming process.

This is where Kaizena comes in, it is a Google 'Add on' that allows you to select certain aspects of the text that has been submitted to you in a Google document and then record and audio feedback relating to the specific selected text. the Learner can then listen back to it as when they need to remind themselves of any actions.
